temporary closed in Waseda

my university has decided to temporarily close all facilities because of dpidemic of measles. university's sick bay sent some mails to let them know who are infected by measles. and the number reached certain amount. thus they have decided to close the university,

by the way, i can not satisfy about management of this trouble. i went to Bun-kyan(the campus of literature department) and i was noticed about the closing by signboard which says "NO ENTRY". and there were guardman and old man staff besides the board. the guardman stands triumphantly and repeat to say "No entry from today". besides the old man staff said "you can see this information on the website." though we are in front of the gate and reading the signboard.　I think that's a bunch of baloney.

anyway, what i wanted to say is that administration staffs still do not understand the information what students need.
